1. Overview
My Guest may be offered under more than one business model. This page explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled once a paid plan is in effect. It does not activate or change any billing by itself.
2. Pricing models
Depending on the offering selected, the Service may be priced as:
- Pay-per-event: a one-time fee that covers a single event.
- Monthly subscription: a recurring fee that covers use of the Service during a billing period.
- Add-on services: optional paid extras, such as invitation templates, sold separately.
[Requires owner confirmation] The app owner has not yet set which of these models apply, the prices, billing intervals, or currency. Pricing details must be confirmed by the owner before any paid offering is published.
3. Billing and renewals
Paid offerings are billed through the app's payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
[Requires owner confirmation] Whether subscriptions renew automatically, when renewal charges occur, and how customers are notified in advance have not been configured and must be confirmed by the app owner before they are treated as final.
4. Cancellations
Customers may stop using a paid offering by following the cancellation steps provided at checkout or by contacting support. What happens to access and data after cancellation is described when a paid plan is configured.
[Requires owner confirmation] Cancellation notice periods, end-of-access dates, and whether fees already paid are credited have not been set by the app owner and must be confirmed before they are treated as final.
5. Refunds
[Requires owner confirmation] The app owner has not approved any refund window, refund guarantee, or non-refundable conditions. No refund promise on this page is final until the owner confirms it.
6. Billing support
For billing issues, including duplicate charges, failed payments, unexpected charges, cancellation requests, or refund questions, contact us through the channels listed on our Contact and Legal Support page. Please include the date and amount of the charge and the email address used, so the issue can be located quickly. Failed payments may interrupt access to paid features until resolved.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when paid offerings are configured or change. Material updates will be announced before they take effect.
